About the Instructor

 

Steve Wetterling has three decades experience as a practicing engineer, team leader, project manager, engineering director, entrepreneur, author, consultant and instructor in a broad variety of assignments with small, medium and large companies. His initial engineering experience was as an integrated circuit designer with Tektronix developing new instrumentation and progressed through telecom and datacom products, Ethernet over the power grid and high-end consumer audio products.

The products that Steve has personally designed and led the development of have sold world-wide at over $1 billion in gross revenue. He is a published author with Prentice-Hall and has operated a successful design, problem solving and consulting business for the past 8 years.

Steve is a regular contributor to the IEEE-BEEEP on-line newsletter on the topic of "About Your Own Business" and has held a variety of leadership positions with the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) including a regional IEEE Consultants Network.

Cancellations and substitutions

Payment is required in advance but is refundable, less a $40 processing fee, if your cancellation is received 5 full business days before the course. If you fail to attend and do not notify us in advance, the fee is not refunded.
