Jon Marshall has 35 years of extensive and varied experience in the high tech industry in roles including Section Manager, Program Manager, Senior Engineer, Senior Consultant and Trainer.  Jon served as Director of Future Product Concepts at Tektronix and holds a patent for an electrostatic hold-down mechanism.

His content experience includes software development, integrated circuit development, mechanical design, user interaction design, microelectronic device design and many other areas. Jon’s experience in product, service and process development led to his interest in developing tools and methods which would obtain the highest possible leverage for success: the front-end approaches to innovation and to product/service concept development.

Jon developed his series of innovation workshop to address the need to better manage and exploit the “fuzzy front end of projects” to help clients set up programs for maximum business success through innovation coupled with deep customer understanding driven by an excited, empowered team.
