Pam Rechel helps leaders who want to be crystal clear in their thinking and who need to cope with constant change. She has coached hundreds of leaders over 20 years to help them manage and lead employees, and make effective changes in their organizations.
One of Pam’s specialties is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®. She is a Certified MBTI® Practitioner, the highest MBTI® qualification, and has MBTI® Step II experience. She has facilitated Myers-Briggs team workshops for 11+ years in the U.S., Singapore, Taiwan, and Ireland. She recently presented “How to Get What You Want from the Sponsor and Communicate for Success” at the Pacific Northwest Software Quality Conference. This brief presentation provides simple ways to modify communication so all personality types can more easily hear your message.
Pam has a Master's degree from the Leadership Institute of Seattle in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations, an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Information Technology, and an M.S. in Education Administration from Syracuse University.
